Presenter's biography
Qian Mingyu is specialized in bioenergy and waste management. He has been a member of ISO-TC255 Biogas Technical Committee since 2015. He has been involved as a Project Manager or expert in a large number of projects supported by ADB, WorldBank, EU and Chinese Ministries.
