Densification of Char from the Gasification of Woody Biomass to High Quality Pellets for Further Energetic Use
Short Introductive summary
The manufacture of biochar pellets shows special demands to the production process. Water content, type and amount of binder, but also temperatures are important parameters. The influence of these parameters are presented and discussed while using a ring die press in pilot plant scale.
