Sustainable biomass production and carbon management for industrial applications

Carbon Capture Palm Oil from the Altillanura Savannah

Short Introductive summary

Palm oil grown on savannas is a biofuel solution of the future. C2Biotrade SAS and producers on the Altillanura savannah in Colombia want to change the bad reputation of palm oil, and to achieve public acceptance. The project in the Altillanura savannah would substitute the areas with little-to-no biomass, with palm that will capture carbon from the air, with harvested fruits that will be used in biofuels.
