The Synergy Between Bio-Based Plastics and Circular Economy Transforming Emissions into a Carbon Pool
Short Introductive summary
This paper will explore the synergy between circular economy and renewable carbon to transform the ever growing fossil plastic carbon reservoir of future emissions into an anthropogenic carbon pool. In this way, carbon is absorbed from the atmosphere, used to generate value in the economy as products, circular economy would then keep this carbon generating value for as long as possible and eventually it would be re-emitted to the atmosphere completing the cycle, mimicking the natural carbon cycles.
