Optimization of Corynebacterium Glutamicum Fermentation Process for Improved Protocatechuic Acid Production

Short Introductive summary

Through optimization of production media, strain development, and fermentation process for protocatechuate, this study successfully increased the productivity of PCA, an industrially important compound, by mitigating its toxicity in Corynebacterium glutamicum. This achievement is expected to aid in enhancing protocatechuate production and contribute to industrial-scale production.
