Algae, the Strategy to Produce Commodities under Economically Viable Conditions

Short Introductive summary

The main focus of our Algae Initiative at Neste is the development of a technology platform for a commodity based, multi product platform to produce 1) Oils for fuels and chemicals for our offtaker partners, and then 2) proteins for aquafeed/meal for our offtake partners. We can speak about our multi product platform, and the raw materials we produce via the set up a new raw material business for Oils and Proteins, but the end products (SAF for example) are in the hands of our customers, and we feel more comfortable only speaking of the raw materials, not the end products.
