Methods for Evaluating the Drop-In Suitability of Novel Marine Biofuels Based on Biocrude Oils from Pyrolysis Processes
Short Introductive summary
In this presentation, we will describe the production of marine bio-oil using an innovative technology integrating pyrolysis and reforming in one single modular reactor. Due to the unknown properties of bio-oil for engine and maritime applications, practical laboratory, component, and engine tests are necessary to remove barriers for market introduction.
