A Territorial Bioeconomy Framework for Integrated Ex-Ante Assessment and Decision Support

Short Introductive summary

The Territorial Bioeconomy Framework (TBF) provides an integrated, ex-ante assessment tool to guide sustainable bioeconomy transitions across governance levels. Structured around six strategic key debated axes and three transversal filters on Food Systems, Climate & Carbon, and Autonomisation, it combines quantitative and qualitative indicators to balance economic, ecological, and social objectives. The TBF aims to support territorial diagnostics, policy coherence, and foresight analysis. It offers a transparent, flexible structure in order to help decision-making for sustainable regional transitions.
