Synthesis of Long-Chain Cellulose Esters with Oxidized Fischer-Tropsch Wax (A Novel Carbon Utilization Strategy in Bio/polymer Composites)

Short Introductive summary

Long-chain cellulose esters was synthesized with oxidized Fischer-Tropsch wax (biogenic Fischer-Trop wax) for applications in polymer/biopolymer composite systems. The aim is to achieve net-zero emissions by binding carbons from biogenic CO2 into polymers, and to further improve the properties of the original polymers/biopolymers material.
