Nitrogen-Doped Biochar for Soil Amendment in the MINICOR Project
Short Introductive summary
In this poster we display investigations into the use of biochar for eutrophication mitigation as a part of the MILD Combustion with Nitrogen and Carbon Dioxide reforming (MINICOR). The biochar are treated with different nitrogen-containing compounds. Various diagnostics tools are then utilized to characterize the nitrogen uptake. The tools include BET, proximate, elemental analysis, spectroscopy and imaging tools.
