Biography
Director of International Cooperation at China Petroleum and Chemical Industry Federation. Bachelor's degree from China Shanghai Jiao Tong University and a Doctor degree in Nanomaterials from Nanyang Technological University, Singapore. Joined the China Petroleum and Chemical Industry Federation in 2016, responsible for chemical regulations, low carbon policy and green energy policy related to members. Responsible for participating in international organizations such as the International Federation of Chemical Associations (ICCA) and the International Maritime Organization (IMO) on chemical management and transportation of plastic pellets. Wrote the "Overview and International Experience in the Promotion of Biofuel Ethanol and Ethanol Gasoline
