Biography
The heart of Marinus Tabak (1983) beats faster for energy and Northern Netherlands. He was active in the Eemshaven region for many years, as operations manager and later director of the Eemshaven power station, and as a representative of RWE on economic developments in the region. After several courses at home and abroad in the field of organizational development and energy, Marinus started his career in 2009 at the successful Essent, later RWE. After several technical and supporting positions, he started at the Eemshaven power station in 2014, where he became director in 2017. Four years later he became Director of Asset Management and since April 1, 2024 he has been COO of RWE Generation and in that role also Country Chair for the Netherlands.
