Dr. Amit Kumar is a professor in the Department of Mechanical Engineering at the University of Alberta. He holds a Canada Research Chair in Assessment of Energy Systems (Tier 1) and is the Deputy Director of Future Energy systems, a $75M initiative in Canada (www.ualbertaenergysystems.ca).
