Biography
Dr K-T Wu received his PhD in Chem Eng from UCL (UK), and currently is an Assoc. Professor of Dept of Forestry, and CEO of the Office of Industrial Carbon Offset Promotions at National Chung Hsing University in Taiwan. Moreover, he is the Secretary of the APEC EGNRET.
